New charges against the Penn Yan man accused of passing off fake $100 bills at a number of businesses in Seneca County.
Seneca Falls Police again arrested Arcangel Soler on the 4th of July on two felony counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument for again paying for merchandise at local businesses with counterfeit $100 bills. The 55-year-old was also charged with two counts of petit larceny and scheming to defraud.
Thursday’s arrest marks the third time this week Soler has been arrested for using counterfeit money in Seneca County.
