Penn Yan Man Accused of Passing Fake $100 Bills

A Penn Yan man who was arrested Monday by police in Seneca Falls on three warrants alleging he failed to appear in court, was arrested by the same agency on Tuesday for allegedly passing phony 100-dollar bills.

Arcangel Soler was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and bail jumping.

The 55-year-old was returned to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment
