A Geneva man, arrested last month for allegedly sexually assaulting a child, is facing another charge.
Geneva Police say they arrested Jorge Rodriguez-Merced at 11:00a on Friday on the charge of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child after an investigation by detectives determined he committed a second act of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child under the age of 13 throughout 2022.
Back on February 7, the 30-year-old was arrested on the same felony charge. Police said the victim in the case is known to the suspect.
Rodrieguez-Merced is being held at the Ontario County Jail.
