The USA celebrates its 250th birthday this year, and one of the iconic symbols of our country is the bald eagle. Chris Lajewski of the Montezuma Audubon Center talks about how the bald eagle population hit a record number in a recent survey, and talks about how this species almost became extinct…and how Montezuma played a role in re-establishing its population in our area.
