State Police need your help as they investigate several suspicious incidents in the Town of Horseheads.
Troopers say multiple surveillance devices have been located outside several residences in the Barrington housing development with one residence having been burglarized. The devices are described as boxes camouflaged with leaves containing a cell phone and battery pack.
Troopers add the victims have primarily been local Asian American business owners.
