A Youth Support Specialist at the Industry Residential Center in Rush has been arrested on a felony rape charge.
Jerica Costich is accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with an 18-year-old detainee, which included engaging in sexual activity with the victim at the facility.
The 35-year-old Rochester woman was arraigned in Rush Town Court and released on an appearance ticket for Rush Town Court.
