Police have found some video evidence that may help in the search for a missing Rochester Institute of Technology student.
22-year-old Matthew Grant, a co-captain of RIT’s wrestling team, has been missing since November 20th when he left his off-campus home in Henrietta. Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies say they have discovered a video from the Love’s Travel Plaza in Junius that shows Grant at the gas station on the 20th. Deputies said he was alone and not in danger.

Grant’s SUV, with Michigan license plates, was last tracked to Exit 36 on the New York State Thruway near Syracuse. It’s unclear whether he then headed north or south on Interstate 81.
Matthew Grant’s father, Mark Grant, told WROC-TV he plans to continue searching for him in the Syracuse region and will not give up. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
