A Livingston County man is charged with murder, criminal use of a firearm and evidence tampering after he brought his father’s body to the Livingston County Government Center after his father died from an apparent gunshot wounds.
30-year-old Richard Fluegel Jr. called 911 from the parking lot and said he wanted to turn in his father’s body.
Police in both Livingston and Monroe County, where the father lived, are investigating.
