Governor Kathy Hochul was in Syracuse Friday to deliver remarks at the Nappi Wellness Institute at Upstate Medical University.
The institute is a five story building will provide outpatient care at the hospital. It will also expand Upstate’s Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease.
