Gas prices are down again.
AAA says the national average price for a gallon of gasoline is $3.58, nearly two cents less than last Monday. This time last year the national average was $4.98.
In New York State the average is $3.69, holding steady from last week.
AAA credits the decline to low oil costs and a low demand for oil.
