Former SUNY Canton Professor Accused of Accepting Bribes from Students

A former SUNY professor has been arrested on eight counts of felony bribery.

Rajiv Narula is accused of accepting monetary bribes from students in exchange for higher grades during his time at SUNY Canton. Narula was dismissed by the college in May of 2023 when the allegations first surfaced.

Following his arrest, the 45-year-old Narula was released to appear in court at a later date

State Police say their investigation is ongoing.
