State Police issued 9,984 tickets during this year’s annual Halloween Enforcement campaign.
The campaign, which ran from Halloween through Sunday, also saw 176 people arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
964 accidents were investigated, including three fatalities.
During 2023’s enforcement period, which lasted one day longer than 2024’s, 13,115 total tickets were issued and 207 people were arrested for DWI.
