A Branchport woman was taken into police custody early Monday morning after being spotted at a business in Penn Yan.
After it was confirmed that 37-year-old Megan Turker had an active warrant out of Jerusalem Town Court for her arrest on charges of harassment and aggravated harassment, she was placed under arrest.
Turker was being held at the Yates County Jail for CAP arraignment.
