A local woman was arrested Sunday morning in Yates County following the report of a domestic incident at a home in the town of Potter.
An investigation revealed Elizabeth Pastore subjected another town of Potter resident to unwanted contact and violated a duly served order of protection.
The 53-year-old Pastore was charged with criminal contempt and harassment and was held at the Yates County Jail following her arrest for arraignment.
