A Himrod woman will appear in Penn Yan Village Court to answer charges of criminal contempt following her arrest by the Penn Yan Police Department.
It is alleged that Bethany Rose messaged the protected party by text message on two separate dates while there was an active stay-away order of protection in effect.
Rose was charged with two counts of criminal contempt.
