The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Penn Yan man on an active arrest warrant issued out of Torrey Town Court.
The charge of felony criminal mischief filed against Richard Lewis stems from a domestic incident that occurred on February 6th in which he allegedly intentionally damaged the property of another town of Torrey resident.
Lewis was transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
