A Rushville man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office Friday afternoon on an active bench warrant.
The warrant out of Potter Town Court was for failure to appear. Frederick Dillingham was also charged with bail jumping.
Dillingham was sent to Yates County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
