Woman Arrested for Trespass, Petit Larceny

A Lyons woman is facing charges after a Monday incident.

State Troopers report responding to a trespassing report on Water Street in the town. 51-year old Julia Wirth was advised by police that she was not allowed on at the location.

Later that afternoon, Wirth allegedly went back to the location and stole property from the building.

She was arrested, charged with Petit Larceny, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Trespass, and taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment.

Wirth was previously arrested over the weekend for pulling two fire alarms within the Town of Lyons.
