A dispute turned violent last week in Cayuga County.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an address on Route 104 in the Town of Sterling on Tuesday for a reported domestic incident. It is alleged that, during a dispute, Ashlie Britton attacked a close family member.
She was charged with Menacing and taken to jail to await arraignment. Britton was later released on an appearance ticket for Sterling Town Court at a later date and time.
