An Angelica, New York man is in Steuben County Jail after being accused of having sexual contact with a 19-year-old and 15-year-old multiple times for a year.
After several months of investigation, Roger Corbin was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant charging the Allegany County resident with four felony counts of rape, felony sexual abuse, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
According to State Police, Orders of Protection were granted on behalf of both victims.
Cobin was remanded to the Steuben County Jail with bail set at $60,000 cash, $120,000 secured property bond, and $180,000 partially secured bond.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
