A Wayne County man was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred early Monday in the town of Williamson.
44-year-old Nathaniel Porchea is accused of striking a woman and taking her phone while she was attempting to call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance during the physical altercation. He was charged with harassment and criminal mischief.
Porchea was released on an appearance ticket for Williamson Town Court at a later date and time.
