A Wayne County woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was allegedly spotted driving on the wrong side of the road in the town of Ontario.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, a roadside investigation determined Laurie Ruston was allegedly driving her car in an intoxicated condition. Ruston was brought to the Sheriff’s Office where she voluntarily submitted to a chemical test which determined her BAC to be .13%.
Ruston was charged with drunken driving, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or greater, and other vehicle and traffic offenses.
