An anonymous tip to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the Sunday night arrest of a Town of Greece resident.

29-year-old Katherine Klem was arrested on an active warrant for an unspecified violation of the Family Court Act. Deputies were tipped off with the possible whereabouts of Klem.

Klem was taken to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment before the Wayne County Family Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
