A 75-year-old Palmyra woman was arrested Wednesday on a charge of criminal mischief.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports it took Beverly Quirk into custody after she allegedly damaged an exterior door on the home of her son and daughter-in-law during a domestic violence incident. Quirk remained on scene and was taken into custody without incident.
Quirk was sent to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested by the victim.
