The investigation into an August 16th accident in Wayne County is finished and a Lyons man is now facing charges.
Donald Wright, Junior, is accused of driving too fast around a corner in the town of Galen and losing control of his car and crossing over into the oncoming lane of traffic before crashing into a ditch.
Wright was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and unsafe lane change.
Wright is scheduled to appear in Galen Town Court at a later date.
