The investigation into a Family Trouble in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Rose man.
It is alleged that while at the incident location, Pasquale Conca got into an argument with a woman who was holding a five-month-old child. During the incident, Conca is accused of headbutting a woman while she was holding the child. The victim declined pressing charges related to her, but deputies did arrest Conca due to his alleged actions placing the child in danger of possible physical injury.
Conca was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
