The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a homeless man following an investigation of a domestic-related incident.
56-year-old Theodore McMinn, who is currently homeless, is accused of calling the victim and threatening her over the phone while there is currently a full stay-away order of protection in place.
McMinn was arrested on two counts of criminal contempt and was being held at the Wayne County Jail until CAP arraignment.
