The investigation into a domestic violence incident in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Town of Rose man.
It is alleged that Johnny Kellogg took his parents’ car overnight without permission before returning it.
The 48-year-old was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
