A joint investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Social Services has resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Lyons man.
Cleve Catchings, who was a recipient of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, is accused of allowing another person to use his benefit card for $204.00, which violates the agreement.
Catchings was arrested on a charge of petit larceny and is set to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
