A Wayne County man has been arrested for allegedly kicking his girlfriend in the face.
It is alleged that on Saturday, Bailey Garrow, of Macedon, got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend and kicked her. When the victim attempted to call her mom for help, the 26-year-old Garrow is accused of taking the phone from her to prevent her from contacting anyone. After taking the phone, it is alleged Garrow displayed a knife in front of his girlfriend.
Garrow was charged with criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and assault.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
