A Wayne County man has been arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to a 10-year-old.
The alleged incident involved Stephen Ross occurred back on July 7th.
The 48-year-old Macedon man was charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child and was released on appearance tickets.
