A Wayne County husband and wife were arrested by the Sheriff’s Office following a domestic incident on Tuesday.
The charges stem from a report of family trouble where Jenifer Colfer allegedly allowed Nathaniel Colfer to stay at her home while a stay-away order of protection was in effect protecting one of their children.
Jenifer Colfer was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and Nathaniel Colfer was charged with criminal contempt.
Both were taken to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
