A property damage crash in Wayne County early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Jeremy Kuhn was driving north on Canandaigua Road in the town of Walworth. Deputies say when Kuhn attempted to make a right turn onto Atlantic Avenue, his car left the road.
Kuhn was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol content.
Kuhn was charged with driving while intoxicated and was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await CAPS arraignment.
