The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Watkins Glen woman on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
30-year-old Mariah Brisbois was arrested on Church Street in the village of Burdett with an assist to New York State Parole.
Brisbois was released on an appearance ticket for Hector Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
