A joint investigation by the Schuyler County Department of Social Services and the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of a Watkins Glen woman.
39-year-old Angela Oras was charged with grand larceny.
Following her arraignment, Oras was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
