A Watkins Glen man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a property damage accident.
Kyle Jacob was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving With a BAC Above .08, and a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation following the accident on County Road 14 in the town of Montour.
Jacob was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
