State Police arrested a Watkins Glen resident following a traffic stop on County Line Road in the town of Reading.
22-year-old Walker Richtmyer was transported to State Police Barracks in Montour Falls for processing and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and a traffic infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Reading Town Court.
Richtmyer was released to a sober third party.
