The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Watkins Glen man.
Robert Bollinger was taken into custody after he allegedly failed to appear in court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Following his arraignment in CAP Court, Bollinger was released on an appearance ticket.
