A Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of grand larceny.
Shara Brown was arrested after she allegedly used the victim’s Social Security Debit Card without permission, totaling approximately $1,800.
Following her arraignment, Brown was sent to Seneca County Jail without bail due to multiple prior felony convictions.
