A Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department following a traffic stop for an expired New York State inspection.
After further investigation by officers, it was learned that Renee Daldry was driving her car in an impaired state. Daldry was placed into custody and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and issued several traffic tickets.
Daldry will be due back in court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
