A Waterloo woman who was involved in a property damage hit-and-run accident is facing felony charges following her arrest by Seneca Falls Police.

Mary Keenly is accused of backing her car into another vehicle in a parking lot on Bridge Street in Seneca Falls on April 11th and fleeing the scene. Keenly was eventually flagged down into a parking lot on Fall Street by the driver of the car she allegedly struck.

An investigation by Seneca Falls Police determined the 54-year-old was driving while under the influence of alcohol. After further investigation, it was determined that Keenly’s driver’s license was revoked due to a previous aggravated DWI conviction in 2023.

Keenly was charged with driving while intoxicated at a 0.08% BAC or higher (1 previous conviction), driving while intoxicated (1 previous conviction), and aggravated unlicensed operator, all felonies.

Keenly was released with an appearance ticket for the Seneca Falls Town Court.
