Waterloo Woman Arrested for Misuse of Food Stamps

A Waterloo woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misuse of food stamps and welfare fraud.

It is alleged that 26-year-old Sierra Peters allegedly failed to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from the county.

Peters was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
