An 18-year-old from Waterloo was arrested over the weekend following a traffic stop on State Route 318 and Grange Hall Road in the town of Junius.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Bronc Petrie had a passenger in his car that was the protected party of a Class A Order of Protection against him. Petrie was taken into custody without incident. The protected party was separated from Petrie and released to friends’ roadside.
Petrie was charged with criminal contempt and was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
