A registered sex offender from Waterloo has been arrested for allegedly failing to return his mandated annual verification report to New York State.
Edward Kise was charged by Seneca Falls Police with failure to submit annual verification form, a felony, due to a previous conviction.
The 59-year-old Kise was issued an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
