A Waterloo resident has been arrested on endangering the welfare of a child charges.
19-year-old Alexis Morris is accused of throwing a chair during an argument. The alleged incident happened in the presence of minors. Morris was arraigned in Seneca County CAP Court.
An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
