A Waterloo resident was charged with two counts of criminal mischief for allegedly damaging two different cars.
In the first incident, Vidalina Ruiz is accused of causing more than $1,500 in damages. In the second incident, the amount of damage was estimated at more than $250.00
The 42-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Fayette Town Court
