An investigation into a suspicious vehicle at a local business in Seneca Falls on Monday morning resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man on felony drug charges.
When police arrived on the scene, they allegedly found James Hennigan to be in possession of cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine.
Hennigan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
