One person is hospitalized in critical condition following an assault that happened at a home in Steuben County Tuesday night.
Few details of the incident are known at this time, but State Police labeled it as a violent altercation involving three people, which resulted in the arrest of James Cunningham. The 44-year-old was charged with felony assault.
The investigation is ongoing, and no other charges have been filed at this time.
