A traffic stop in Cayuga County resulted in the arrest of a Victory man on DWI charges.
Deputies report they observed Patrick Walton driving a car without any license plate lamps illuminated in violation of New York State Vehicle and Traffic laws. While interacting with Walton, the deputy reportedly observed signs of intoxication. The 31-year-old was then administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, where he was ultimately taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.
Walton was released on an appearance ticket
