Victor Woman Accused of Stealing $4K in Benefits She Was Not Entitled To

An investigation by the Ontario County Department of Social Services resulted in the arrest of a 63-year-old Victor woman.

Liana Goguadze-Futia is accused of receiving $4,463.00 Section Eight Benefits for an apartment that she was not living in. Investigators say her alleged actions allowed an apartment to remain vacant for approximately one year preventing other persons from renting it.

Goguadze-Futia was placed in the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment on a grand larceny charge.
